A rescheduling fee applies to appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, when the need to reschedule is not due to provider error, or when a client does not answer or is unavailable at the time of their scheduled consultation.
This service provides a full ESA consultation and clinical evaluation with express processing already included. Your appointment is prioritized, and your assessment is completed on an accelerated timeline. If you meet clinical eligibility, your ESA letter is delivered within 24 hours at no additional cost.
To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, the following policies apply:
Cancellations
Appointments may be canceled prior to the scheduled time; however, all cancellations are subject to a $45 administrative fee. Refunds are not provided.
Rescheduling
A rescheduling fee applies to appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice when the need to reschedule is not due to provider error, or when the client is unavailable and does not answer at the time of the scheduled consultation.
No-Shows
Clients who do not answer or attend their scheduled consultation time are considered a no-show. No-shows are subject to the rescheduling fee and are not eligible for refunds.
Provider Delays or Errors
If a change is required due to provider error or circumstances outside the client’s control, associated fees will be waived.
Telehealth Requirements
All sessions are conducted via telehealth. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable connection and are available at the scheduled time.
Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are not secured until payment is received. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.
